Miss Tees Valley 2019, Alliyah Batty crowned National Champion!

Miss Tees Valley 2019, Alliyah Batty, 16, has gone on to win a national modelling competition.
Alliyah, from Guisborough, has seen off the competition from across the country and has gone on to win the World Supermodel England 2019 title.
She represented the Tees Valley at the Supermodel England national final on Saturday, November 9th, where two national titles were up for grabs.
Alliyah, an A-level student at Prior Pursglove, Guisborough won her chance to represent the area at the national final after being crowned Miss Tees Valley in August.
Alliyah will now travel all expenses paid to Australia in October to represent England at the World Supermodel international final, with the chance of winning an international modelling contract.
Alliyah also raised £1,800 for Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice, Middlesbrough in 9 weeks in the lead up to the national final. The competition raised over £15,800 in total for the local hospice.
The 16-year-old said: "I’m extremely grateful for this opportunity and so excited for the future! Thank you to everyone involved who made this happen for me I’m so happy!"
Miss Tees Valley director, Alexandra Devine, 29, said: “We are so proud of Alliyah, she has worked so hard since winning the Miss Tees Valley title in august and has managed to achieve so much in such a short space of time. We can’t wait to follow her journey in Australia, we know she will do amazing!"
Alliyah, who lives at home with her parents and younger brother, has also won a photoshoot and portfolio of images from Flawless Photography and a £200 gift card for The Dressworx.
